About us

Our story

Project 730 began with a powerful shift: turning a personal milestone into a movement of kindness.

At 17, Taris Moore chose to celebrate her 18th birthday by serving others. Named in honor of that date—July 30 (7/30)—Project 730 began when she launched her first “Act of Kindness Campaign,” delivering food and care packages to unhoused neighbors in Atlanta.

After Taris tragically passed away in 2020, her mother, Tiffany, and aunt, Sherree, vowed to carry her vision forward. Together, they transformed her selfless wish into a thriving 501(c)(3) nonprofit—proving that a life well-lived is measured not by its length, but by its love.

Our approach

The Mission

Project 730 fights hunger and homelessness across Georgia through consistent, compassionate action. Because food insecurity affects individuals and families from all walks of life, we work with partners, volunteers, and supporters to ensure those in need are seen, served, supported, and connected to resources.

Project 730 meets people where they are with dignity, care, and practical support. Through meals, food drives, hygiene kits, clothing, haircuts, essential items, and outreach events, we help individuals and families feel seen, supported, and connected to hope.

The Vision

We envision a Georgia where no individual or family faces hunger, homelessness, or hardship alone — and where every person has access to care, resources, dignity, and community support when they need it most.

Together with volunteers, donors, civic leaders, churches, businesses, and local partners, Project 730 works to build stronger communities through service, compassion, and meaningful connection.

Help us make a difference

We are on a mission to raise $730,000 to expand vital care, hot meals, and hygiene essentials for unhoused Atlantans. A simple donation of $73 from neighbors like you directly powers year-round support and brings hope to those who need it most.
